The fact that this website exists reaffirms my belief in the innate humor in mankind.
Just reflect upon it: somebody named Lauren has created a website dedicated to the memory and preservation of Perfect Strangers.

Not only that, but our friend Lauren has included a section for fan fiction, where she and her other Perfect Strangers-fanatic friends can write their own scripts for episodes. Among my favorites are the one where Balki pontificates on the significance of 9/11 (I’m serious), or the wacky time-travel hijinks when Cousin Larry and Balki get to meet up with Laverne and Shirley.
The website is also sure to remind us that you know you’re obsessed with Perfect Strangers if you’ve ever called someone a “son of a goat.”
Reading this stuff is hilarious if I don’t reflect on the question on why it exists in the first place.
People are obsessed with the strangest things, man.
I think sometimes people are bored with reality, so they try to nostalgically escape to their simpler life as a child.
